As more information is continually available for minor league players, it’s been exciting an opportunity to dig in and try to find prospects that are generally overlooked at first glance.

I’ve written about a couple of Bradenton relievers this year, and both of them were eventually promoted to Greensboro.

It’s hard to get recognition as a relief prospect, especially if you are already one in the lower levels.

Something is really going to have to stand out if you want to continue to move up the ladder, as well as get some recognition as a legitimate prospect.

Injuries have slowed the start to his career, but throwing out of the bullpen this year as allowed Brandan Bidois to flash some really interesting stuff on the mound for the Bradenton Marauders.

Breaking Pitches

Bidois has primarily relied on his fastball this season, but that isn’t because the secondary stuff doesn’t play for him.

In fact, the Australian-born right-handed pitcher gets a really high amount of swings and misses with his secondary/breaking pitches.
