Gameday 128: Pirates begin three-game series at home against the Rockies

After a day off, the Pittsburgh Pirates will begin a three-game weekend series against the Colorado Rockies. They are coming off a series win against the Toronto Blue Jays earlier this week, also at home.
Colorado split their series this week against the Los Angeles Dodgers, and won their matchup earlier this month against the Pirates.
Braxton Ashcraft will kick things off for the Pirates, with Mike Burrows and Paul Skenes to follow him up. Bubba Chandler, the Pirates’ top pitching prospect, should also make his debut this weekend.
First pitch is scheduled for 6:40 pm ET.
