Gameday 154: Pirates open weekend series against Cincinnati Reds
The last series of season against a divisional opponent
The Pirates look to play spoiler to another team in the Wildcard hunt this weekend, as after taking two of three against the Chicago Cubs, they face another divisional opponent in the Cincinnati Reds.
Where as the Pirates have struggled against the Cubs, they actually own the season series against the Reds 5-4 going into this weekend.
The Reds head into today only a half game out of the Wild Card picture, so this weekend is crucial for them.
First pitch for the Friday and Saturday game is scheduled for 6:40 pm ET, with the Sunday game at 1:40 pm ET.
