Gameday 155: Battle of former Top 100 prospects in Saturday day game

With their loss last night, the Pirates locked themselves into another losing season, dropping their 82nd game of the season.
Mitch Keller was beat around, allowing eight earned runs on seven hits and five walks. It ballooned up his ERA to 4.21.
On positive from that night, Oneil Cruz reached the 20/20 plateau, hitting his 20th home run of the season.
Saturday’s day game will feature two rookies and two top-100 prospects (one a former top-100), Jared Jones and Rhett Lowder.
Jones only lasted four innings in his last start against Kansas City, striking out five and walking four. This will be the first time he faces the Cincinnati Reds.
Lowder will be making his fifth major league start for the Reds. In his last start, he allowed three runs on six hits and a walk while striking out five in 5.1 innings.

Im so upset how they handled Jared Jones at the end there. Velo was way don’t, he was grunting (I don’t think I’ve ever heard him do that) on change ups and you can visibly see something wrong in his facial expressions
