Gameday 52: Pirates begin weekend series against Braves
Pirates try to rebound after losing two of three against the Giants
The bullpen blew leads in the last two games of the series, squandering away quality starts by Jared Jones and Paul Skenes after winning the first game on Tuesday against the Giants.
Now, they turn their attention to the Atlanta Braves, who recently took two of three against the Chicago Cubs.
Bailey Falter, Mitch Keller, and Martin Perez are the projected starters for the Pirates this weekend.

Amazing what getting Rowdy out of the lineup does.
Cherington's such a ridiculous liar. He said pregame, at great length as usual, that all the underlying characteristics of Tellez' hitting -- hitting the ball hard, bat speed, etc. -- are all still there. Not even close to being true. If you check statcast, all Tellez' #s have cratered.
