After blowing a late lead to the Atlanta Braves, the Pittsburgh Pirates will look to get back to their winning ways on Sunday, facing AL Cy Young winner Tarik Skubal and the Detroit Tigers.
Jared Triolo went 3-3 with two runs and a triple on Saturday, with DJ Stewart adding another two hits and a stolen base. Bryan Reynolds, Andrew McCutchen, Endy Rodriguez, Jack Suwinski, and Matt Gorski drove in runs on offense.
David Bednar, Colin Holderman, Tim Mayza, Ryan Borucki, and Kyle Nicolas pitched shutout innings.
Andrew Heaney makes his second appearance with the Pirates on Sunday. There is no scheduled stream, and the game's first pitch is scheduled for 1:05 p.m. ET.
