Overview
Harrison started as a freshman and junior for NC State. After batting .224 his first year, he played only sparingly as a sophomore and batted only .162. He improved a lot his third year, batting 313/436/426, walking more than he struck out. Harrison played mostly short in college, but the Pirates announced him as a second baseman.
2023-24
Harrison got into 18 games with Bradenton, playing most third and some at second. He showed good plate discipline — 11 walks and ten strikeouts — and batted 262/418/333. In 2024, Harrison split the season between Bradenton and Greensboro, for 20 and 49 games, respectively. He hit very little at either level, with a .583 OPS at Bradenton and .480 with the Hoppers. He saw time at second and short, but at Greensboro mostly played third. Harrison also filled in for four games at Altoona.
