Quick Overview:
The Indianapolis Indians will get to see the Minnesota Twins 2022 first round draft pick this week, Brooks Lee. Lee began the year in Double-A, and had little trouble, collecting an .841 OPS in 87 games. So far in Triple-A, he’s carrying a .538 OPS in just eight games. One fun note is that he was drafted out of Cal Poly, where recent Undrafted Free Agent Luke Scherrer was committed before signing with the Pirates.

Team ERA: 4.41
ERA Rank: 10th of 12
Quick Overview:
The Altoona Curve never seem to get a break when facing the Bowie Baysox. The Baltimore Orioles’ affiliate will boast the number one overall prospect in the game this week. Jackson Holliday has lit the minors on fire this season, so far blazing through three levels of affiliate ball on his way to the top prospect in the game. Not only will the Orioles’ first overall pick in the 2022 draft be in uniform, but additionally their next three picks in the 2022 draft: Dylan Beavers, Max Wagner, and Jud Fabian.

Quick Overview:
Tampa Bay Rays 2021 first round pick shortstop Carson Williams is having himself a strong season that has seen his stock rocket, and was subsequently promoted to Triple-A today. The Bowling Green Hot Rods currently have a 102 positive run differential in the second half, so the bats and arms will both likely need to show up this week.

Opponent: Lakeland (Tigers)
Team OPS: .713
OPS Rank: 6th of 10
Team ERA: 5.35
ERA Rank: 9th of 10
Quick Overview:
The level that everyone is waiting for this week, is a bit light on top prospects. The Lakeland Flying Tigers do currently have the best record in the FSL West, who the Bradenton Marauders trail by two games. If we’re lucky, maybe fellow 2023 first round pick Max Clark will make his Low-A debut along with Paul Skenes. Either way, the game will be streamed, we should get Statcast data (although, pitch designations will likely be incorrect), and everyone will likely be watching.
