Playoff Gameday: World Series shifts to New York with Dodgers up 2-0
Walker Buehler vs Clarke Schmidt
Game three of the World Series sees things shift from the West Coast to the East, with the next three in New York.
With the Dodgers up 2-0, they have an opportunity to take a commanding lead in the series with Walker Buehler on the mound. They will also have Shohei Ohtani in the lineup after he left game two with an injury after sliding into second base trying to steal.
The Yankees will answer with Clarke Schmidt, who has a 3.86 ERA this postseason.
First pitch is scheduled for 8:08 pm ET.

Wow! Tuned in to catch the banter about last night's WS Game 3, and it looks like all of the attention must have been on the Steelers game with the Giants. After losses by the Ravens & Cincy on Sunday, the Steelers solidified their hold on First Place with a kind of uneven beating of the Giants 26-15. Very nice situation for the Steelers going into the Bye Week.
Walker Buehler, who pitched in the SEC for Vandy, threw an excellent 5 innings for the Dodgers while Freddy Freeman continued his march towards the MVP Trophy with his 3rd HR accounting for 2 RBI's in the 4-2 win over the Yankees.
