After their initial signing burst, the spending pool currently sits at $749,800
Brailyn Brazoban, OF, Dominican Republic
Brazoban is an outfielder out of the Dominican Republic who turned 17 in September (Pipeline and Perfect game have 09/01 and BA has 01/09, so I’m going best out of 3). Ranked 12th by Baseball America (which ranks by expected bonus amounts) and 38th by MLB Pipeline.
There is belief that he will outgrow center field as he fills out, currently listed at 6’2” and 180 lbs, but has a skillset including speed that may allow for him to stick at the premium position. He’s shown an ability to drive the ball well, but scouts have mentioned that against live pitching he appears more as a power over hit prospect.
MLB.com lists Brazoban’s signing bonus as $2 million
Abdiel Feliz, SS, Dominican Republic
Feliz is a shortstop out of the Dominican Republic, who will turn 17 on February 23rd. Ranked 32nd on Baseball America, and 50th on MLB Pipeline.
The young shortstop is described as a quick-twitch athlete who has a skillset that could lead to average tools across the board, giving him the ability to stick at shortstop. A switch-hitter with solid bat-to-ball skills and currently a slap approach, he could grow into some more power as he fills out his current 6’0” and 160 lbs frame.
He currently trains in the DR with the very well-known Bartolo Colon.
MLB.com lists Feliz’s signing bonus as $1.2 million
Irwin Ramirez, RHP, Venezuela
Ramirez is a hard-throwing right hander out of Venezuela. Listed at 6’4” and 190 lbs, he currently touches mid-90’s and adds a curveball and slider to his mix.
Bonus: $450,000
Edward Florentino, OF, Dominican Republic
Bonus: $395,000
Reinold Navarro, LHP, Dominican Republic

Rubens Romero, RHP, Australia
Here is a link to a tweet showing Romero throw off a mound.
According to Ethan Hullihen, Romero signed for $65,000
Anthony Sosa, SS/OF, Dominican Republic
If the last names sounds familiar, it’s because Anthony is the nephew of former big leaguer Sammy Sosa. He has signed for $100,000, according to Hector Gomez.
Despite Gomez’s initial reporting, Sosa actually signed for $10,000 (which does not count against the pool) according to Ethan Hullihen
Kendrick Herrera, SS, Dominican Republic
Herrera is an athletic shortstop with good agility and speed, and a line-drive bat with gap power potential.
Bonus: $450,000
Michell Ojeda, 2B, Venezuela
According to Ethan Hullihen, Ojeda signed for $100,000
Deshandro Tromp, 3B, Curacao

Angel Saul Herrera, RHP, Venezuela
According to Ethan Hullihen, Herrera signed for $190,000
Carl Calixte, OF

Couple notes:
So far, there isn't much that's official. The only signings for sure are Ojeda, Tromp, Williams and Soriano. The official site doesn't exactly get updated in real time. More like Jurassic time. The only info at the official site so far is position, height and weight. Not even nationality.
I'm guessing Soriano is the same guy John Dreker noted a long time ago that the Pirates were expected to sign out of Panama. LHP with three good pitches and a lot of tourney experience. Although the guy currently on the official site is listed as 6'1", while John had 6'4". These things can be pretty scattershot. At one time, the Pirates had a pitcher who was variously listed at 6'1", 6'4" and 6'7".
Some bonus info from MLB Pipeline:
Irwin Ramirez: $450,000
Iverson Allen: $300,000
