Triolo is an irreplaceable part defensively, especially with the injury issues with Ke'Bryan Hayes at 3B in 2023 and 2024. I had lost hope for him at the plate with that "high hands" pre-pitch, but he dumped that approach late, and was a different hitter the last 3 months of the year.

I thought finishing runner-up at best, but he did post some special numbers defensively at 3B, 2B, and SS. Happy for him and the Pirates.
Hope his bat can develop to league average. With his defensive abilities, he'd be one of the best super utility players overall.
