Does anyone know how the Pirates proceed to Cincy? Do they leave tonight and get in late and sleep there, or do they sleep in St. Louis and leave for Cincy in the morning? Just curious as this was not a get away time, but they play in a different city tomorrow.

I kind of wondered that too, along the lines of how teams/players like to manage sleep. If it was me, I'd much prefer the trip the next day especially when it's such a short trip.

So, end of the season and Dennis Santana is the Pirates' most effective relief pitcher. 'Crazy world' does not begin to do that justice.

If Yas could've done some of this in June, might've gotten something decent for him at July deadline.

Wish Tellez would have let that ball go through. Don't think it would have got him but it would have been close.

I wonder whether the Pirates or Cards will be better in 2025. I'm guessing the Cardinals.

It's a shame that Cook is out, but great that Cruz is back in CF and interesting that Yorke is in LF.

Did you see my mocking tweet with almost 500 likes from last night about Cook sitting today? I can't believe it came true

Three teams have clinched playoff berths so far. The Yankees and two big market juggernauts, Milwaukee and Cleveland. Obviously, Nuttin can't be expected to compete with these gold mines.
