If the Pirates were not in a "stretch run" for the playoffs, there's a few kids playing at AAA who could probably benefit from some hacks at the MLB level. Peguero, Yorke, and possibly a nudge of confidence to Jack Suwinski? Tired of naming the deadwood that could be let go, but there's enough to make openings for at least 4 or 5 younger players.
Good to see Jack Brannigan playing again and hitting well, and the Bradenton team put a very strong group of young players at C, 1B, 2B, SS, and 3B last night. Might not be a bad idea to push Estuar Suero to that level also.
Nice to see Termarr picking up a multi-hit game. I had just glanced at his stat line and it looked pretty rough, albeit a small sample size. Hopefully this gets him going the rest of the way.
Matthew Boyd for the Guardians quite an off season pickup, and to think he was available to every team BEN...
For the whopping sum of $740,000!
Free Billy Cook already!!

It looked rough, but it also looked like it was some pretty rough luck and babip driven. Which is better than him having 20 strikeouts already.
