Sammy Siani - A+/AA - .264
Mitch Jebb - A+ - .259
Liover Peguero - AAA - .258
Matt Gorski - AAA - .257
This is through a minimum of at least 250 plate appearances. There may be no greater examples of some of the system's struggles as a whole than the average, where .257 is good enough to crack the top 10.
Brannigan has missed a lot of time due to injury this season, but he remains on the top home runs list with 17. Valdez has had a strong season, which is encouraging due to his age (20) and the league he’s playing in (Florida State League).
Stolen bases are down in the system, with Jebb walking away with the lead right now. Yordany is one of the more aggressive players in the system on the bases, but his season is about to end.
Cimillo leading in wRC+ seems both good and bad. It’s good to see a lower draft pick have that kind of success, but also, having a 24-year-old in Double-A lead the system in wRC+, you probably want someone else to step up here.

If there is anything you can say about Chen, it is that he’s been a workhorse for the Altoona rotation. Reed and Dotel crossing the 100-inning pitched plateau are impressive points to hit in their development.
Ercolani might be having one of the best seasons in the organization and doing so under the radar (for some). He wasn’t too far from making the innings pitched list, either.
The efficiency Harrington has shown when it comes to throwing strikes has gone a long way in helping him catch up on his innings after missing the first month of the season.

Looking at the hitters list is beyond depressing, pitching, health is always a concern with all of them, but I hope that Barco stays healthy, I see a solid 4 and hopefully a 3 there.
Mel, you've convinced me on Carlton Banks Reed! Get that man up the lists.
