After the Dodgers and Padres took the advantage in their best-of-five series, they can punch their tickets to the NLCS today. All four series play on Wednesday as the American League side gets back on the field.

Hurricane season always brings me back to when I was a kid living in Florida. For a while wanted to be a meteorologist (think the movie Twister helped play a factor in that as well).
If I had stayed in Florida, who knows, this may have been a weather based Substack lol (tbf, I also came very close to enrolling into culinary school after my first failed college try, so this could have also been a food based site too).
