In Indy last year when his stuff was working, it was absolutely filthy. When it wasn't working, he was lost. I saw a little of that this spring. If I am not mistaken, he pitched a great game this spring the first times through the order, then got lit up the third. I could be wrong though.
Hoping QP can put it together for us. I am not the most optimistic, but would absolutely love if he proved me wrong. I think he's getting a little bit of a short handed redsox lineup, so hopefully that helps some
It wouldn't shock me if Priester pitched a great game or a really bad game. Anything in the middle, might surpise me a little.
To my memory he hasn’t pitched a great game yet, so that would surprise me more…..

The main argument for optimism is that Priester's fastball has improved.
The main argument for pessimism is that those improvements weren't against major league hitters.
He needs to go in with the mindset of the opposing lineup is irrelevant, because if I execute my game plan, I will win.
The last thing I want him doing is taking a deep breath because a perceived weakened lineup.
