Yesterday’s Feature
Every Thursday leading up to it, we will have a feature that is draft-specific. Yesterday I talked about Charlie Condon’s hot start, and my observations watching Drew Beam and Trey Yesavage this past weekend.
I also talk about the big ACC matchup between Duke and Wake Forest, specifically Friday’s game between two of the top lefties in the draft, Josh Hartle and Jonathan Santucci.
Today’s Feature
Thursday, the rosters were announced for the first ever Spring Breakout, a matchup between team’s top prospects. The Pirates will face the Baltimore Orioles and I broke down their 27 man roster for the event.
Super solid day for Perez. Worked both sides of the plate. Pulled the string with some change-ups.
Like the movment and being mid-90s for Ro, just still not getting the Whiffs. Nine swings, zero whiffs so far. Still a solid two innings so far.
