Edward Florentino - why is he still at the FCL Level? Yes, they have 4 or 5 OF guys at A like Siani, Bowen, Bae, etc. on Rehab, but, other than the "rehabbers", which OF could we name as being a better option than Florentino? I tend to like LH hitters who are 6'4" 200 and have over a 1.100 OPS! First trip off the Island and he is acting like this is easy. Only 18, but ignore the age and play the kids who have shown the ability to hit, and he has definitely shown the ability!
I agree, Hernandez is a bit of an exception though. He was considered one of the best prep pitchers last year as well. A couple of the national guys thought he would have been a first rounder if was draft eligible then. It might have been hype from the national high school invitational tournament that he dominated in.

Ain’t no urgency in anything BC does or doesn’t do. He’ll get around to it, you know, like when he finally DFA’s Tommy Pham in late July.
Watched Ager last night. His control was poor, both fastballs and breaking pitches. Mercifully, his night was a short one due to pitch count.
Yeah, I had the same impression. No out pitch. The 2024 draft looks like a wipeout pitching-wise. Except hopefully Sterling.
The good thing about Sterling is his age, if the pirates draft Hernandez this year, he'll be older than Sterling.
I think that’s something they look for.

I think it’s pronounced ‘strategery’
When the Bucs are involved, it’s “stragedy”.
A great addition to the lexicon!
