Overview
Sanchez is a righty with some projection who signed just before the 2022 DSL season started. He throws around 90 mph with a slider and change.
2022-23
Pitching mainly in relief, Sanchez got great results in his debut. Opponents batted just .173 against him, with only one extra base hit, a double. He also walked only 2.3 per nine innings. The one negative thing that jumps out is an extremely low 4.6 K/9. Sanchez returned to the DSL in 2023, but missed most of the season, throwing only four and a third innings.
