The only real edge i see in the Dbacks is in the bullpen and considering thats what did them in last night, i dont think its some huge leg up thatll decide the series.
Bins has really done well in the AFL. Bowen playing 1B and Brannigan at SS were hitless, but they played a big part defensively with Brannigan throwing home from SS on a grounder to get the runner out late in the one run game, and Bowen assisting on cutting down another runner trying to score late in the game on a triple where the lead runner was thrown out on an 8-4-3-5 play. Bowen and Brannigan and the Pitcher also turned another 3-6-1 DP in the game.
Maybe this is a sign of Bins bat coming around. Would be nice to have another C option.
I am afraid the snakes blew a huge opportunity to steal one last night. Hoping for at least 6 games in the series but we will see...
When the Rangers jumped out ahead I was just like ‘this’ll be over quick’, but then Arizona came back.
But then the Rangers won and I’m just wondering if my original line of thought will be right.
I love the Dbacks story and run, but kinda feeling Rangers in 5, at most 6, right now
