I don't know much about the guy, but it looks like he started out his career being an average starting pitcher, then was a pretty good reliever for the next 3 years, then sat out last year. I wonder if he is better suited for the bullpen.
I took a look at the Australian Winter League but Kim is not playing in that league or I missed him. Did see that Solomon Maguire is struggling with a .179 BA, .476 OPS. He was injured and did not play much in the FCL in 2023. Heading into his age 21 season and a lot of very talented young OF's ahead of him like Shalin Polanco, Lonnie White, Jr, and Enmanuel Terrero.
