Overview
Pierre was part of the Pirates’ 2020-21 signing class, but his contract didn’t get approved until January 2022 due to a delay of some sort. He has good projection, with a fastball that reaches 90 mph, and a developing breaking ball and change.
2022-23
Pierre missed the 2022 season due to injury, so he debuted in the DSL in 2023. He got hit hard and also struggled to throw strikes, posting a 2.18 WHIP and 6.55 ERA.
