The Minnesota Twins’ second-overall prospect Emmanuel Rodriguez highlights the Saints’ roster. The bad news is he is again on the injured list, as he has been most of the season.
That leaves 2020 fourth-rounder Marco Raya as the highest-ranked Twins’ prospect, sitting at sixth. The 22-year-old was recently promoted after throwing 92.2 IP in Double-A with a 4.27 ERA for the Wichita Wind Surge (the city that stole the New Orleans Triple-A team).
